ICT Fund BETHA Program invites applications from Emirati students who intend to undertake undergraduate or masters studies for academic year 2022-2023. The ICT Fund seeks to enhance Emiratis ‘ technological education by implementing a Betha program for undergraduate and graduate students wishing to study ICT associated topics.
Through its collaboration with numerous universities and study organizations, the ICT Fund awards scholarships to distinguished learners to assist create a generation that is well versed in science and technology that can guide the future of the UAE in the ICT sector. The Betha program has given hundreds of scholarships for Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees, and has so far allowed Emirati learners to study in the UAE, the USA, Australia and Japan.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for ICT Fund BETHA Program for Emirati Students, the applicants must fulfill the following criteria
- Required Language: English
- Eligible Country: United Arab Emirates
Admission requirements for the undergraduate (Bachelor’s) Degree
- Should be a UAE citizen and provide a civil registry as a proof
- Have achieved a minimum score of 75% in secondary school certificate or its equivalent in schools
- Should apply for a specialization in the field of telecommunications and information technology
- Should have been graduated from secondary school or its equivalent during the last three years
- Should not be employed
- Should not have received a scholarship or other financial assistance from any other entity.
Admission requirements for the Postgraduate (Master’s) Degree
- Should be a UAE citizen and provide a civil registry as a proof
- Should apply for a specialization in the field of telecommunications and information technology
- Should have achieved a cumulative score of 3.00 and above in the bachelor’s degree
- Should not have received a scholarship or other financial assistance from any other entity
- In case of employment, the Master’s degree student is entitled to the scholarship without the monthly allowance

- Kindly prepare clear copies of:
– Full Acceptance/Admission Letter. (Conditional Approvals will not be accepted)
– Certified High school Certificate for undergraduate students certified by the Ministry of Higher Education or equivalent (showing the final result)
– Transcript for students continuing the undergraduate program (an official transcript that contains the seal (stamp) and signature of the registers office.)
– Family book (all pages without exception)
– Official IBAN letter that contains the seal (stamp) and signature of the bank.
